As we expand into international markets, we’ve faced challenges typical of growing startups. Internal management changes and team transitions have brought their own set of hurdles. Over the years, Mecrob has been managed by different teams. When the previous team left, they retained control over the mecrob.com domain and its associated social media accounts. This situation necessitated a fresh start with a new management team, leading to significant reforms within our organization.
