100 points = $1 discount.
Points can be redeemed during the checkout process by selecting the option to apply your points to your order.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.

If your order arrives with damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.

How do I change or cancel my order?

How will I be compensated for a faulty order?

If your order is faulty, we will address the issue individually to provide the best possible resolution. Please contact us with your order details.

Is it safe to make payments on your website?

Can I change my shipping address?

Once your order ships, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. However, we will work with you to ensure smooth delivery if any issues arise.

How do I return a product?

You must return your product within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund. We do not offer product exchanges due to the nature of our items. Once assembly has begun, the product is ineligible for a refund. Discounted and after-service items are also non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

How long does it take to ship?

Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 2-3 business days to process and pack. We will notify you when your order is confirmed, dispatched, and delivered.
